Mom to Be Cosmo

Sparkling, a little tart — pure refreshment
Tip: Adjust the juice-to-sparkling-water ratio to suit your taste buds.


½ cup calcium-fortified cranberry juice
¼ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup sparkling water
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Lime wedge, for garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients except lime wedge. Add ice cubes. Garnish with lime wedge.

Makes about 1 cup.

Nutritional Information

  • 1 serving = 90 calories
  • Vitamin C: 1½ servings
  • Calcium: ½ serving
  • Green/yellow fruit: ½ serving
