Sparkling, a little tart — pure refreshment
Tip: Adjust the juice-to-sparkling-water ratio to suit your taste buds. Ingredients
½ cup calcium-fortified cranberry juice¼ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup sparkling water
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except lime wedge. Add ice cubes. Garnish with lime wedge.
Makes about 1 cup.
Nutritional Information
- 1 serving = 90 calories
- Vitamin C: 1½ servings
- Calcium: ½ serving
- Green/yellow fruit: ½ serving
